Monk Office is ISO 9000 certified. This is an internationally recognized quality certification. Monk was first certified in 1996 and we have been audited every year since to maintain our certification.
Our auditor is in today (and will be in again tomorrow).
Mercedes is our auditor’s name. She is very helpful in making suggestions to improve our quality system. Her experience with other businesses allows her to pass on “best practices” to us to improve our quality and to streamline the processes and the administration of the program.
Our Flawless Execution initiative ties in very well with our ISO. Do what the process says you are supposed to do. Track results, look for trends, put together Corrective Action Plans, implement and repeat.
Have I said recently it is really all about the people, doing what they say they will do?
